Clarksville Cart Rentals

Frequently asked questions

We love spontaneous adventures! While we do accept walk-ins, availability can be limited —
especially during summer weekends and holidays. If you're hoping for a same-day rental, we
recommend stopping by right at 9:00 AM (Mon–Sat) to see what’s available. For guaranteed
bookings, we suggest reserving at least 1–2 days in advance.

We start accepting spring and summer reservations on January 2nd each year. Booking early is
the best way to lock in your preferred cart and dates! Want us to remind you? Just ask, and we’ll
add you to our early bird notification list.

No worries! If you’re arriving after our regular pickup window, just make sure you’ve completed
your online waiver and finished payment. Then give us a quick call or text, and we’ll arrange for
after-hours pickup. We want your visit to be smooth and stress-free — even if you’re arriving
late!

Great news — lithium battery carts are super easy to charge! Here’s how:
1. Plug the charger into a regular wall outlet (110V) — just like your phone.
2. Then plug the other end into the cart’s charging port (usually under the seat or near the
dashboard).
3. You’ll see an LED light on the charger that tells you it’s charging. (Usually red or blinking
when charging, green when fully charged.)
4. Most lithium carts charge fully in 4–6 hours and are ready to go the next morning!
Pro Tip: Charge your cart overnight after each day of use.
Never run the battery completely dead — it’s better to top it off than drain it all the way

This happens from time to time — usually it's something simple. First, check that the
forward/reverse switch isn’t accidentally in neutral. It’s an easy fix! If that’s not the issue, don’t
try to push the cart — just call or text us. We’ll come help or guide you by phone.

Our carts are legal to drive within Clarksville town limits and Occoneechee State Park,
anywhere the speed limit is 25 mph or less. Please follow local road signs and only park in areas
where golf carts are allowed. You will also receive a map upon checking in with details on areas
that golf carts are able to stay within.

Golf carts are treated like regular vehicles in Clarksville. That means you can get a ticket for
parking violations or improper use. If you do receive a citation, it’s your responsibility to pay it
directly at the Clarksville Town Office.

Our lithium carts typically run 20–30 miles on a full charge, depending on terrain, speed, and
how many passengers you have. You’ll have more than enough battery life to cruise around
town or through the park for the whole day!
